SUBSTANCE: device has flashing lights whose light filters are made in the form of U-TURN POINT indicating flags which are, essentially, reverse arched arrows. On vehicle front, lights are positioned on underside of rear-view mirrors. Indicator ensures simultaneous U-turn signal interpretation and enlarged field of vision for other vehicles.
