FIELD: transport engineering; light self-propelled vehicles with independent wheel drive arranged directly on wheel. SUBSTANCE: small-size vehicle has folding framework with footrest, flexible seat and backrest secured on folding framework and made in form of hermetically sealed envelopes with fluid medium supply valves. framework is installed on wheels at least two of which being driving wheels. Motor-in-wheel electric drive is provided with supply source and control system. Framework is installed on wheels through lever suspension with shock absorbers one of which being filled up hermetically sealed seat envelope. Inflatable bumper is installed at footrest. Load-and-passenger compartment with inflatable seat is located in middle part of framework. Supply source is secured in plane of framework side members. Drop-head and floats are installed on framework, and blades for moving over water are secured on wheels.
