FIELD: chemical and textile industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing concentrated cellulose triacetate spinning solutions to convert them into fibers and films and is distinguished by that spinning solution contains 19-21% of cellulose triacetate, 0.10-0.74% of 1,1-diacetylferrocenyl-formaldehyde resin with molecular weight 612 resulting from 1:1 diacetylferrocenyl-formaldehyde polycondensation, and to 100% of organic solvent: methylene chloride- ethanol 9:1 v/v mixture. Invention allows cellulose triacetate fibers to be efficiently protected from light and heat destruction and simultaneously their conductivity to be raised to 5.35 •10-11ohm-1, and resistance to repeated alternate deformations to be improved. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of fibers. 2 tbl, 3 ex
