FIELD: manufacture of artificial fibrous and film materials from complicated and complicated-mixed cellulose esters. SUBSTANCE: solution comprises, wt.%: cellulose triacetate with acetyl number of 61.8%, 8-10; organosilicon block copolymer having intrinsic viscosity in tetrachloroethane at 20 C of 0.05 cu.m/kg, 0.025-0.05. Said block copolymer is product of heterofunctional condensation of oligomeric acrylate based on phenol phthalein and terephthalic acid chloride with α,ω--bis(diethylamino) oligodimethyl siloxane in which ratio of acrylate and siloxane units in blocks is 10-32; and mixture of methylene chloride with ethanol at 9:1 ratio by volume, up to 100. Light resistance of film, that is number of ruptures of cellulose triacetate macromolecules after UV-irradiation is decreased by several times.
