FIELD: oil producing industry; may be used in development of oil deposits and cleaning of water wells and ore holes. SUBSTANCE: device has surface power supply and control station with power rectifier. Module of radio-frequency generator has frequency stage master unit, power amplifier unit, unit for matching with load and signal modulation unit. Surface connector is connected via power supply cable with connector of downhole vibroacoustic instrument whose body accommodates module of virbroacoustic radiator. The device is additionally provided with safety unit, control rectifier, signal modulation control unit, signal modulation indication unit, resonance chamber module formed by two end faces of downhole vibroacoustic instrument overlapping its hollow and its body. Module of radio-frequency generator is located in body of downhole instrument and provided with frequency filter unit and control unit of matching with load. Module of vibroacoustic radiator has at least two electroacoustic transducers with upper and middle electroacoustic transducers rigidly connected, respectively, with upper and lower ends of resonance chamber module from its outside. The device is realized in the form of two small surface units and downhole vibroacoustic instrument.
