FIELD: geophysics.
SUBSTANCE: device is connected to load-bearing geophysical cable with surface block and has upper head with contact device for cable headpiece, hermetical body with electronics block and piezoconverters of piezoceramic washers positioned thereon. No less than two washers in each piezoconverter are made with segments, electrically insulated from the rest of washer surface, performing functions of sensors of piezoconverters state control. Electronics block is provided with set-point generator, power amplifier, microprocessor, piezoconverters status control module, modem, current displacer, overpower protection module, energy-independent memory block, frequency meter, current converter. Microprocessor is connected by its first control input through set-point generator to power amplifier. Generator can dispense signals with alternating frequency in range, determined during oration of deice in well ion basis of minimal and maximal resonance frequencies of separate piezoconverters included in device composition, while dispensed frequency from generator can not be less than minimal and more than maximal from ranger of resonance frequencies of piezoconverters. To second controlling input of microprocessor overload protection module is connected, to measuring inputs of processor through frequency meter output of set-point generator, signaling output of power amplifier, measuring output of current transformer, piezoconverters status control module output are connected. Microprocessor via two-side connection is connected to energy-independent module and through modem - to current mixer. To piezoconverters control module independently from each other in-built sensors are connected for controlling status of piezoconverters.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, higher durability.
