SUBSTANCE: device has unit for setting training programs, indication board, unit for entering operator's responses, comparison unit, unit for comparison of semantic elements. First memory unit, and first memory extension unit are connected through first unit of group comparison gates and additional unit of first group of comparison gates to first unit of group of integer registers and additional unit of first group of integer registers. In addition device has delay gates, OR gates, adder, decoders, group of OR gates, units of group of indicators. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced second group of integer registers, units of second group of comparison gates, memory extension units, second memory unit, counters, pulse generator.
