FIELD: radio engineering (radio communications). SUBSTANCE: device has reference-frequency unit and N signal-processing channels connected through storage units to signal maximum selector unit; newly introduced in device are pulse distributor and controlled divider. Device functions to concurrently detect signal with programmed operating frequency variation and to determine its time position. Device uses locking to universal time labels thereby narrowing range of time uncertainty of probable signal position. Signal retrieval is effected by step-by-step scanning of uncertainty region using serial-and-parallel method. During signal processing, functional is computed as sum of readings modified in two categories basing on use of sign function and excess of average read off on viewing interval. Decision on signal detection is taken by results of comparison with threshold value. Position of maximal sum of values exceeding average is assumed as synchronous position. EFFECT: improved noise immunity and enlarged functional capabilities. 3 cl, 18 dwg
