FIELD: machine engineering, namely apparatuses for manufacturing filtering members of wire. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing having upper and lower frames provided with radially extending rigid links with flat surfaces for vertical struts. Struts form framework for winding wire and they are arranged with possibility of securing them at different distances from center. Apparatus is provided with electromechanical car arranged on rails of annular track. Rails are insulated from housing and electric voltage is applied to them. Electric motor of car is energized by power fed from rails to car wheel rims by means of brushes contacting with wheel rims. Three vertical struts are placed on car. Sleeves are mutually joined at both sides by means of beams and they are freely mounted onto three struts. Two spring-loaded tension discs are secured to each end of beams. Wire passes between said discs. Mean strut is tubular one, impeller is mounted on it and supported by means of frames secured to beams. Screw-nut pair is arranged inside mean tubular strut, nut of that pair is rigidly joined with sleeve through slot of strut. End of shaft of screw-nut pair extends out of strut and it supports sprocket that may be easily removed off shaft without rotation. Rotation axis of sprocket passes between raising-descending engaging members arranged in pairs in housing of strut and secured to upper links of framework for engagement with sprocket for its rotation. Engaging members arranged nearer to sprocket are first ones to engage with it, second engaging members are raised at that time moment and sprocket with screw shaft rotates in one direction. When second engaging members of each pair descend, sprocket rotates together with screw shaft in other direction but motion of car remains the same. Rigidity and calibration of filtering members of apparatus is achieved due to simultaneous rigid connection of wound spring turns pressed to calibrated gaskets in the form of washers of by means of clamps. EFFECT: enhanced technological possibilities of filtering members due to their relatively large dimensions. 2 cl, 9 dwg
