FIELD: building, particularly to erect guard systems and building structures.
SUBSTANCE: fence comprises reinforced twisted barbed band wound on carrier wire or barbed band pressed around side surface of carrier wire. The barbed band is coiled to form three-dimensional frame. The frame is of spherical shape and is formed by meridional coils of wound or pressed barbed band and rigid equatorial ring. The equatorial ring is installed inside coils of the barbed band. Coils of the barbed band are connected one to another in sphere pole points and are secured to equatorial ring. Fence production method involves producing barbed band; winding thereof on carrier wire or pressing the barbed band to side carrier wire surface; winding the barbed band with carrier wire onto spherical arbor so that the barbed band connected to carrier wire passes over sphere poles along meridional lines; connecting meridional coils one to another in sphere pole points; taking the coils from spherical arbor and placing thereof into annular bay so that the coils touch each other and create row of stacked rings. Method for guard fence installation involves removing three-dimensional frame from bay and erecting thereof along protective line; installing rigid equatorial ring in place of equator arrangement after bay unpacking; connecting one meridional coil of barbed band connected to carrier wire with rigid equatorial ring; connecting remainder coils to rigid equatorial ring so that the coils are uniformly distributed along equatorial ring periphery; securing the first, ready, frame to vertical or inclined post in sphere pole points and installing thereof in protective line by securing thereof to any suitable support structure; installing other frames near the first one along the protective line so that the frames are distributed along the full length thereof.
EFFECT: increased efficiency due to increased rigidity thereof.
