FIELD: metal cutting, namely threading outer fastening triangle-profile thread by means of threading die. SUBSTANCE: threading die holder includes housing with self-extending mandrel to which non-slit thread cutting die is secured by means of screws. In order to provide lowered outer thread, non-slit threading die is mounted with inclination in self-extending mandrel. Inclination of threading die is adjusted by means of screws with cone end portions. Adjusting screws are arranged with possibility of engagement with end of threading die. Threading die is slightly spaced from mandrel end for providing possibility of its inclination. EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities of threading die. 3 dwg
