FIELD: devices for protection of hydraulic presses at moment of removal of technological loads during shearing operation. SUBSTANCE: damper is mounted on lower plate in parallel with die. Damper includes housing made in form of sleeve where spring-loaded piston is located. Piston is provided with bypass spring-loaded valve with screw. Screw is used to adjust passage area of hole for bypass of liquid during working stroke of press in order to absorb excessive power of press at shearing moment. Damper is independent of press hydraulic system. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 1 dwg
