SUBSTANCE: device has first member including at least one catch adapted for gripping edge of separate sheet and at least one support for part of separated sheet opposite to indicated first edge, and second member adapter for travelling relative to first member in direction parallel to plane of sheets. Second member has device for holding the stack adapted for pushing sheets through at least one support, and at least one catch acting at displacement of second member. Device has also special arrangement for keeping separate sheet at a distance from support at beginning of displacement until rear edge of separate sheet gets caught by at leans one catch and device for placing separate sheet on support when second member moves relative to first member. EFFECT: provision of adaptation of members engaging with edges of sheets in process of separation to deformation if sheets which increases reliability of operation. 8 cl, 24 dwg
