SYSTEM FOR INTRODUCTION OF DELIVERED FLOWING MEDIUM INTO STREAM OF HYDROCARBON FLUID Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this system can be used at gas-lift operation of wells. System has production pipeline 5 for transportation of hydrocarbon liquid. Pipeline is provided with valve chamber 13 which incorporates valve body 19 with possibility of removing it. Valve body contains valving member 25. Control of valving member is effected through electric circuit which is connected to equipment located on ground surface. Equipment is intended for shifting valve to open position at which it ensures connection by flowing medium between hydrocarbon fluid flow and passage for delivering flowing medium. Passage is found in well. Valve in closed position prevents connection by flowing medium between hydrocarbon fluid flow and passage for delivery of flowing medium. Electric circuit of system contains inductive connector having primary coil 29 installed in production pipeline and secondary coil 31 installed on valve body. Aforesaid system requires no high expenses because there is no need to remove production pipeline from well for replacement of valve, and this reduces downtime in operation of well.
