FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing stimulus urging vermiculite culture, such as dew worm, to move from substrate into artificial filler; periodically separating vermiculite culture from artificial filler with following moving of the latter to other part of substrate; repeating operations. Artificial filler is formed as endless tape whose major part is positioned in receiver provided with tape feeding, drawing and cleaning mechanisms and conveyor for removing vermiculite culture. EFFECT: increased efficiency by automatized process allowing labor intensity and production costs to be reduced. 12 cl, 2 dwg
