FIELD: apparatuses for separating loose materials by air flow, possibly in agriculture, chemical and building industry branches. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic separator includes receiving attachment, accelerator consisting of two drums, fan, vertical air duct, speed suppressing chamber, light fraction receiver. Drums have on their surfaces annular grooves and dents. Dents of one drum are arranged with gap in grooves of another drum. Speed suppressing chamber flares along material motion direction in vertical plane. Upper and lower walls of said chamber are mounted with possibility of changing their inclination angle and level position; their inner surface is coated by rubber. Apparatus increases efficiency of separating bulk seeds by 10-15% and lowers seed damage degree by 1-3%. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation. 2 cl, 4 dwg
