FIELD: biological purification of sewage. SUBSTANCE: sewage purification plant has tank 2 that houses primary settler 3, aerotank 4 with carrier 5 of attached microflora and aeration systems 6, secondary settler 7, system 8 of recirculation of activated sludge, systems 9, 10 and 11 of removal of purified water and sludge and self-cleaning grid 1 mounted in upper part of tank 2. Aerotank 4 is fitted with two mobile frames 13 as minimum to which carriers 5 of attached microflora manufactured in the form of parallel shutters 12 of fabric or film material are fixed. Fixing and pulling weights 14 are attached to their lower ends. Frames 13 are hung by ropes 15 that are linked to counterbalance weights 17 made in the form of hollow caps placed in caissons 18 with purified water. Aerotank 4 is divided downstream of sewage by partitions 19 into two parts as minimum. Sewage purification plant also has air receiver 20 which is connected via air distributors 21 separately to aeration systems 6 and to counterbalance weights 17 of each mobile frame 13. Air distributors 21 additionally have branch pipes 22 with valves. Source 23 of ultraviolet radiation is placed between secondary settler 7 and system 9 of removal of purified water.
