Acid microemulsion is used in the form of microemulsion based on aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid and product of condensation of tertiary amine with benzyl chloride with the following percentage of solutions, wt.-%: 20-27-% aqueous solution of hydrochloride acid, 25-75; 20-30-% aqueous solution of condensation product of tertiary amine with benzyl chloride, 0.05-12.5; water, the balance.
