FIELD: optical instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has substrate and multiple rigid light reflecting members which are made from transparent material and consist of at least one type of reflecting structures with sharp or rounded vertex. Bases of structures are located in single plane. Their vertices are mounted in substrate. If reflecting structures are equipped with sharp or rounded vertex of one type, at least part of side surface of at least part of reflecting structures is located at angle with respect to base which differs from inclination angle of other parts of side surface or side surface of other reflecting structures with sharp or rounded vertex or reflecting structures with different inclination angles of side surfaces or their parts which provide image of given object.
