FIELD: medicine, in particular, otorhinolaryngology. SUBSTANCE: after surgical preparation operating end of quartz-polymer laser light guide of holmium laser is brought to tumor at the distance of 1-10 mm. Tumor is exposed to laser radiation pulses at wave length of 2.09 mcs, with pulse trains including 3-10 pulses. First trains of pulses are produced at distance of 5 mm till the entire surface of tumor is subjected to laser effect. Then exposure is repeated with gradual decrease of distance between light guide and tumor to 1 mm. Crust formed at place of destruction is removed, and tumor is exposed to laser effect in the same sequence till it is removed completely. EFFECT: stopping of hemorrhage. 2 ex
