SUBSTANCE: on the second day after the embolization of tumor affecting Nd: YAG-laser with a wavelength of 1470 nm and 1-2 watt. The impact of non-contact to obtain an open surgical field needed to be able to separate the tumor. Then, in an open surgical site KTP laser with a wavelength of 980 nm and 1-2 watts of contact separate the tumor from surrounding tissues. Impact lasers alternately repeated until the complete removal of the tumor from the tympanic cavity. The impact of both lasers is carried out in a continuous mode by short pulses with a duration of 1-2.
EFFECT: way to speed up the operation, to perform its minimally invasive, organ-preserving, with minimal blood loss, significantly reduce the risk of damage to the inner ear structures and preserve auditory function.
