FIELD: medical engineering; prosthetics. SUBSTANCE: attachment has steel tail-piece for standard fastening working prosthesis lock. Tubular holder is coupled, welded, for example, to tail-piece. Rubber insert-catch, type EZHIK with "needles" folded inside, is inserted in holder and glued therein. If required, detachable bottom ensures support for object being caught. Operating attachment is capable of catching and holding wide range of objects and tools (spoon, fork, mirror with handle, chisel, scoop, etc.). EFFECT: protection of stump against overloads. 3 dwg
