FIELD: telecontrol; applicable in oil and gas industry in drilling and research of wells. SUBSTANCE: device has transmitting (bottom-hole) part and receiving (surface) part connected by communication line in the form of logging cable. Transmitting part has input stabilizer with galvanic isolation. Connected to input stabilizer input is gang capacitor, switching element controlled by unit for measuring and coding of information with information transducers connected to it. Installed between switching element and zero bus (cable armor) is current-voltage converter from which information is taken off to be fed to decoder and then to reference input of unit for measuring and coding of information. Receiving part has source of fixed voltage whose one output is connected directly to co communication line. The other output is connected via series-connected switching element and current-voltage converter to zero bus of communication line. Reference input of switching element is connected with output of control unit. Information from current-voltage converter is picked up via decoder and fed to processing and registration unit. EFFECT: provided two-way transmission-reception, simplified device with increased noise immunity. 1 dwg
