FIELD: drilling oil or gas wells and their servicing. SUBSTANCE: method involves keeping independence of mean value of power supply current from information signal by means of generation of signal by sequence of periodic triggering of gate. Duration of signal is τ, pulse period is T, , where τ0 is duration when gate is triggered for transmission of "zero" binary code, τ1 is duration while gate is triggered for transmission of "one" binary code. T0 is duration between two subsequent switches of gate for transmission of binary zero; T1 is duration between subsequent switches of binary one. Transmission of "one" and "zero" has equal duration; synchronization words are encoded by alternating direct and inverse binary code. EFFECT: increased stability to noise, when information signal is transmitted through same wire as power supply current. 4 dwg
