SUBSTANCE: inner surface of housing 1 is provide with flexible chamber 4 which has inner and outer rigid cylinders connected with Σ --shaped flexible covers on lateral sides. Interior of flexible chamber is provided with flexible partition 19 in area where suction hole 2 and delivery hole 3 are located. Roller 7 acting on inner cylinder of flexible chamber pinches it at point of contact dividing it into two parts.
