FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two variable-inductance permanent-magnet transducers mounted outside turbine casing, adjusting unit, and operational amplifier with noninverting and inverting inputs and one output. Output of first variable-inductance transducer is connected to noninverting input of operational amplifier. Device also has phase shifter inserted between second transducer and inverting input of operational amplifier. Transducers are mounted on diametrically opposite sides relative to longitudinal axis of rotor. Phase shifter functions to shift phases of signals coming from transducers within the range of 0<α≤π/N, where N is number of rotor blades. At even number of blades α>0 and at their odd number ≤π/N; operational amplifier output is connected to recording unit. EFFECT: improved reliability and speed of device. 2 dwg
