FIELD: complex systems of processing assemblies for processing sheets. SUBSTANCE: device has intensity setter, setters of tension of processed sheet, detectors of radiuses of feeding and receiving rolls, feeding electric drive, which has braking generator, automatic regulation system of electromotive force of braking generator, automatic system for regulation of braking generator armature current, setter and regulator of tension, electric drive of paper calender, which has electric motor, detector of speed and automatic speed regulation system, feeding electric drive, which has electric motor, automatic regulation system for electromotive force and armature current of electric motor, detector and regulator of tension. In addition device has units for compensation of inertia weights with band-pass active filters, which inputs are connected to output of detector of paper calender speed. Their outputs are connected to first inputs of unit for compensation of inertia weights, which second inputs are connected to detectors of radiuses of feeding and receiving rolls. EFFECT: increased precision of tension regulation, increased stability to noise and reliability of operation in transition and quasi-stationary operation modes. 3 dwg
