FIELD: wood-pulp and paper industry, applicable in up-to-date highly automated high-speed paper-making machines as a controlled- velocity electric drive for provision of a all process speed conditions. SUBSTANCE: the electric drive has electric motors of sections, connected to transducers and provided with velocity transducers, whose outputs are connected to the first inputs of the adders, and the outputs of the adders are connected to the control inputs of the transducers. It has a differential gearing according to the number of electric motors, the input shafts of the differential gearings are connected to the electric motors of the section, the output shafts - to the shafts of the working mechanism, the bearing shafts - to the adjusting electric motors, which are connecte to the additional trasducers; a microprocessor device some outputs of which are connected to the second inputs of the adders, and the others - to the inputs of the additional transducers; load meters connected to the circuits of the stators of the adjusting electric motors; the outputs of the load meters are connected to the first inputs of the second adders, whose second inputs are connected to some of the outputs of the microprocessor device, and the outputs of the second adders are connected to the nonlinear units, whose outputs are connected to two additional transducers of the adjacent sections. EFFECT: enhanced output, precision of adjustment of tension of paper sheet, noise immunity and reliability of operation in transient conditions. 2 dwg
