FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: separator has conveyor mounted on drive and driven shafts. Separating surface of conveyor is formed by baffle-type combs mounted on rotary spindles rigidly connected with levers. Rotary spindles and levers have rollers mounted in feeler guides on side panels of threshing unit. Feeler guides positioned on one portion in upper part of conveyor are made wavy and spaced one from another, with space between them being sufficient for opening of gap between combs. Other portion of separating surface in lower part of conveyor is in opposed relation to mentioned one portion and is also provided with spaced feeler guides, with space being sufficient for opening of gap between combs. Feeler guides on remaining portion of conveyor are arranged so as to provide closing of gap between combs. When combs are in closed position, only grain heap is conveyed along conveyor, and grains fall through gaps on portion with opened gaps between combs and are collected in housing, and wind-blown heap is further conveyed along conveyor. Wavy shape of separating surface provides shaking of grain heap. EFFECT: increased separating efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 3 dwg
