Greater omentum flap is conducted under the lower pole of the kidney through window. The window is produced by making cuts in both leaflets of the fascial vagina. The flap posterior abdominal wall. The flap base is sutured to the window in the fascial vagina. Colon side border is sutured to the parietal peritoneum and fascial nodes of the posterior abdominal wall. EFFECT: eliminated excessive mobility of kidney; reliably fixed ptosed kidney. 2 dwg
