FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: trainer is designed to regulate composition of inhaled gas mixture. External mixing chamber of trainer has cover with air inlet and outlet holes. Mixing chamber accommodates inhaler formed as closed vessel containing coaxially positioned aerosol chamber which bottom is provided with holes for delivery of inhaled substance. It is arranged with space relative to closed vessel bottom. Respiratory tube is coupled to aerosol chamber. Gas mixture inlet and outlet holes are made in upper and lower parts of side surface of external mixing chamber. These holes are provided with facilities for regulation of respiratory mixture composition. Regulating facilities may overlap the holes completely or partially. Trainer is convenient in use, and its mass and overall dimensions are reduced. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of gas exchanger. 5 cl, 1 dwg
