FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has external mixing chamber having a cover and inhaler with respiratory tubes mounted inside. The inhaler unit has the shape of cylindrical glass with cover having aerosol chamber mounted inside. Chamber has perforated bottom for providing inhaled fluid to circulate mounted with free space left between it and glass. Gas- conducting canal is aligned in parallel which inlet canal is near the lower base and outlet canal being in the upper tube. Additional gas dynamic chambers are mounted between the bottom and the cover coaxially to gas-conducting canal and one above the other in height direction. An opening is available that connects their gas dynamic volumes with working volume of the mixing chamber. Outlet valve and tube tightly joined to the wide knee manometer tube are mounted in the bottom part of the inhaler unit.
