FIELD: powder metallurgy, namely press-molds for pressing hemispherical articles by "cold" method. SUBSTANCE: apparatus for pressing powder articles includes holder embracing adaptor with cone cavity and guiding member. Apparatus also includes lower punch in the form of elastic insert with molding cavity, upper pressing tool and members for fixing upper punch. Guiding member has in its lower end annular cone-shape protrusion, and it has turning in its upper end. Guiding member of insert is mounted with possibility of clearance-free sliding of its annular protrusion along cone surface of insert turning at molding process.
