FIELD: construction; applicable in capacity of matrix in production of polymer-concrete floors of skeleton structure. SUBSTANCE: polymer-mineral solution includes epoxy resin, curing agent, solvent and mineral filler. Curing agent is used in the form of mixture of polyethylene-polyamide and still bottom of ethyl-carbitol in weight ratio of 4:1. Solvent is used in the form of ether-aldehyde fraction - byproduct of ethyl alcohol production. Filler is used in the form of finely divided perlite with specific surface of 2500 sq.cm/g. The solution has the following ratio of components, wt.%: epoxy resin, 10-6; curing agent, 1-2; solvent, 1-2.5; finely divided perlite, the balance. EFFECT: higher compression, bending and impact strengths, wear resistance and chemical stability in liquid media. 2 tbl
