SUBSTANCE: foaming agent comprises, wt %: triethanolamine salts of C₇-C₁₄ alkyl sulfates, 15-45; higher fatty C₁₀-C₁₃ alcohols, 0.35-6.1; triethanol amine, 0.5-3.0; triethanolamine sulfate, 1.4- 4.5; and lime milk, the balance. EFFECT: reduced consumption of foaming agent, improved effectiveness of foaming agent in concrete mixes based on cement and lime binder, reduced volumetric body of foam concrete prepared by foaming agent of above-mentioned composition. 4 tbl
