FIELD: fire-fighting, particularly fire-extinguishing compositions adapted to extinguish class A and B fires.

SUBSTANCE: foam-generation composition includes triethanolamine salts of alkylsulfates of mixture including primary C₈-C₁₀ fraction fatty alcohols; as well as primary higher fatty C₁₂-C₁₄ fraction alcohols, n-butanol, carbamide, alkane sulfonate, glycol and water. All above components are taken in predetermined proportion.

EFFECT: possibility to obtain stable foams having different expansion ratios, increased wettability and biologically degradation rate, decreased surfactant content in working solution and increased fire-extinguishing stability.
