FIELD: petrochemical processes. SUBSTANCE: in a known ethylene and propylene production process including plasma-chemical pyrolysis, quenching of pyrolysis products, and their separation, starting material is heavy tars containing emulsion water and coke and also methane-hydrogen fraction from primary production. In this case, starting material is preliminarily homogenized, quenched pyrolysis products are freed from acetylene by catalytic hydrogenation, condensed, and directed to primary production, condensate is returned into acetylene hydrogenation process and its excess is combined with starting material, whereas methane- hydrogen fraction, after its separation, is used as plasma-forming gas and/or boiler fuel. EFFECT: created low-waste closed raw material processing system with increased conversion thereof and increased yield of product. 4 dwg
