FIELD: oil, gas and coke-chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemical and gas chemical industries. Invention relates to a unit of furnaces of a pyrolysis unit of hydrocarbon raw material, in which a single frame of a group of furnaces of a pyrolysis unit has shape of 3D arc; hardening-evaporation apparatus for indirect quenching are fixed on the rear end wall of the pyrolysis unit furnace by an inlet nozzle opposite to the output from the pyrolysis unit furnace of the last reaction tube of the pyrolysis coil; internal contour of the frame of the group of furnaces of the pyrolysis plant is located at the same distance from the housing of the column for direct quenching of pyrolysis gas with oil. Each furnace of the pyrolysis plant has a flue gas dispersion pipe and is separately connected to the direct oil quenching column by its own transfer line, the length and configuration of compensators of which are identical relative to the transfer lines of other furnaces of the pyrolysis plant, wherein circulating oil flow is fed into every transfer line. Pyrogas and circulating oil are fed into each transfer line by injector, in which injection of pyrolysis gas at increased oil pressure from 3.0 to 16.0 MPa reduces pressure in the pyrolysis zone in the coil of the radiant part by 0.01–0.05 MPa, pyrogas and circulating oil feed unions are arranged along the perimeter of the pyrolysis gas oil direct quenching column so as to provide the same length of the transfer line from all furnaces of the pyrolysis plant to the pyrolysis gas direct oil quenching column.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the pyrolysis unit with respect to the processed raw material with simultaneous increase in the output of the target olefins to optimum parameters, optimum operation of each furnace of the hydrocarbon pyrolysis unit and the unit of furnaces of the pyrolysis unit as a whole.
