SUBSTANCE: turbocompressor housing accommodates air pressure space of compressor and gas supply volute of turbine in which working wheel of centripetal turbine and shutter arranged at gas inlet into turbine volute are installed. Control mechanism is made in form of spring-loaded diaphragm, rod coupled with diaphragm and channel to deliver supercharging air into under-diaphragm space. Additional space is made in channel. Valve formed in rod closes additional space. Hole is made in turbocompressor housing to accommodate transfer shaft rigidly connected with shutter. Control mechanism is installed at outer side of turbocompressor housing and is provided with lever rigidly connected with transfer and hinge connected with rod.
