FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves enveloping esophagus with stomach wall. Stomach fundus is conducted without tension behind the esophagus. Stomach fundus is attached to medial wall of the esophagus at a point positioned 2 cm above the gastroesophageal sphincter. The anterior wall of the stomach fundus is sutured to the posterior wall.
