FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wound-healing, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic agents. The preparation has, wt.-%: copper subgroup metal basic acetate 15-40; alkaline metals acetate 30-70 and organic acids 15-40. The preparation has additionally 5-40 wt.-% of anesthetic agent or 5-40 wt.-% of adrenomimetic agent. The preparation is diluted with water up to the content of the parent concentrate 0.01-3.8 wt.-% or to 0.11-5.8 wt. -% of concentrate with additions. To the solid concentrate 96.2-99.9 wt. -% of soap base is added (pH 4.0-7.0) and to an aqueous solution - 30-60 wt.-% of propellent or 0.1-5.0 wt.-% of thickening agent is added additionally. The preparation shows an anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects, prolongs and enhances time and effect of anesthesia, decreases blood absorption of an analgetic, enhances the vessel tone and an anti-allergic effect.
