METHOD OF TREATING GASTROINTESTINE TRACT DISEASES IN CALVES USING MEDICATIONS BASED ON AERATED WATER Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61K31/00 

FIELD: veterinary.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of veterinary. Method lies in the following: antiseptic solution, as liquid base for which aerated water, saturated with carbon dioxide with mineralisation 0-4.5g/dm³ is used, is prepared; aerated water being preliminary cooled to temperature 10°C-12°C. Then additionally antibacterial absorptive mixture of the following composition is prepared, g: activated coal - 1.5g, levomicitine - 1.0g, sodium hydrocarbonate - 0.5g. Soap solution, containing 1 g of household 72% soap in 1 l of purified water with temperature 30°C-35°C is prepared. Enveloping slimy decoction, containing slimy plant decoction, per 1-1.5 l of which 5 g of table salt are added, is prepared and cooled to temperature 25°C-30°C. After that probe is installed in abomasums, through it first one litre of antiseptic solution, then 2-2,5 g of antibacterial adsorptive mixture with 150-200 ml of aerated water are introduced, between two introductions pause is made for gas removal. After that probe is removed, and cleansing enema is given into rectum, up to two litres of soap solution being introduced. After 2-3 hours probe is installed again and through it 1-1.5 l of slimy enveloping solution are introduced into abomasums. Method has high therapeutic efficiency.

EFFECT: treatment of gastrointestinal tract diseases of calves using medical solutions based on aerated water.
