FIELD: mining; gravity concentration of ores and sands containing flaked gold. SUBSTANCE: sluice box has straight-line inclined chute with templates, flat-bottom chute with slots installed at angle to inclined chute, with walls decreasing in height, and symmetrically installed first level compartments and second level compartments. Auger actuator with drive is installed in underbottom compartment of flat-bottom chute. Flat-bottom chute has divider with radius guides coupled with walls decreasing in height. First level compartments have guide one end of which is connected with walls decreasing in height, and the other, with wall of second level compartment. Guides are made with clearance relative to bottom of flat-bottom chute. Slots of chute are made perpendicular to direction of main flow. Auger actuator is made with variable radius of screw surface. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of gravity concentration of sands, provision of there fractions of material. 5 dwg
