FIELD: concentration of placer and ore gold, silver, platinum and other minerals of platinum group. SUBSTANCE: trap has a body, screen, vibration drive, screw actuator of the vibration drive with a member transporting the concentrate. The trap is furnished with a helical distributor installed under the screen in such a manner that the ascending part of the helical distributor is shifted relative to the original edge of the screw actuator from the top, and the descending part of the helical distributor is shifted under the original edge of the screw actuator, which is furnished with a flexible flap and vertically matched with the member transporting the concentrate. The screen is fixed between two sections of the sluice box. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of concentration by gravitation in primary stages of treatment, reduced loss of gold of grain size within 1.2 to 0.5 mm in sluice boxes of deep filling by 10%, and grain size of 0.2 mm in sluice boxes of shallow filling within 40 to 10%. 4 dwg
