FIELD: mechanical engineering, manufacture of blades of gas turbine engines. SUBSTANCE: billet of blade with fin of thickened and untwisted profile is manufactured by die- stamping. Surfaces of technological bases on tail part are machined with basing of billet by fin. Final form is given to fin of blade by forge-rolling with basing of billet of blade by surfaces of technological bases of tail part. Fin is filled with fusible material by usage of mentioned surfaces of tail part to base billet. In this case low- melting-point capsule with location bases is formed. Allowance is removed from surface of tail part of blade with basing of capsule by location bases. After release of fin of blade from capsule it is machined to impart it with final form. EFFECT: increased quality of manufactured articles thanks to more accurate orientation of billet in process of machining. 8 dwg
