FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: invention can be applied when recovering undersize and fine precious metal fractions from sands and ground ores in development of ore deposits and placers. Apparatus comprises flexible conical cup with inside annular riffles mounted free to rotate about its vertical axis, vertical-blade impeller fastened in the lower section of cup, and, installed on outer side and regularly allocated over periphery of cup, pressing rolls made with cone angle 0.1 to 0.3 that of cup, length 0,5 to 0,9 that of cup generatrix, which are mounted for independent displacement of their ends along cup radius, and also facilities for feeding slurry, removing tail, and discharging concentrate. Outside, more rigid and thinner layer of cup is made from flexible non-stretched material, and riffles are made in less rigid inside layer. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of entrapping undersize and fine precious metal fractions during lasting operation between concentrate discharges and enabled one-step production of commercial concentrates. 2 cl, 1 dwg
