FIELD: concentration of minerals from sands of gravel deposits of rough concentrates. SUBSTANCE: centrifugal concentrator has working member made in form in form of bowl which is set in rotation at deviation of axis of rotation from vertical through driven part of flexible member of drive mechanism and bowl inclination limiter. Profiles of interengageable surfaces of bowl and inclination limiter ensure self-setting of bowl from initial mode of rotation at angle relative to vertical to working mode of planetary vertical (or close to vertical) rotation. Flexible member is made for shift of its driven part in horizontal and vertical planes simultaneously. Maximum shift of driven part in horizontal plane is equal to difference between diameters of engageable surfaces. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of extraction of minerals and noble metals in particular. 4 dwg
