FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: device has proportioning unit with valve. Unit is positioned under sucker rod pump. Container for reagent is located under proportioning unit. Liquid reaches pump through openings in body. Located in its lower part is bush. Screwed at its lower side is valve seat. Circular passage in valve seat connects container with zone of withdrawing liquid by pump. Valve comprises large disk and small disk held on valve rod. At suction of liquid, rod and disks are lifted. Adjustment of small disk stroke presets proportioning of reagent. Outflowing of reagent is discontinued at moment of piston down stroke. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device widens range of adjusting of proportioned dose of reagent, improves performance characteristics and reliability of operation.
