FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: upper part of container with reagent in proportioning device is connected by gas line with annular space. Lower part of container is connected by pipe with discharge line. Connecting pipe is provided with adjusting valve. Gas line and discharge line are connected to each other by means of by-pass line. Gas pressure regulator is installed on by-pass line. Proportioned delivery of reagent into discharge line is carried out by displacing reagent from container by gas from annular space. Gas pressure in annular space is maintained by means of gas pressure regulator. Application of aforesaid embodiment of device improves reliability, simplifies design, reduces power needed for proportioned delivery of reagent into discharge line. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
