FIELD: fish farming. SUBSTANCE: method involves growing different age groups of fish in lake; catching out producers from closed stock pond; transporting and transferring them into store ponds, which must be provided with forced water exchange system, must have ice-free growing water surface and adequate oxygen conditions. Such conditions are created by flow-forming aerator mounted on intake end of bypass channel so that water may be sucked from lake and discharged through water-discharge channel end into the same lake. Female fish ponds are positioned at upstream end and male fish ponds are positioned at downstream end of channel. During producer holding period, one upstream part of bypass channel is used for creating commercial ponds and other part is used for fish concentration with following catching out of producers by means of aerated water flow. Upon expiration of spawning time, both mentioned parts of bypass channel are used as fish wintering pond. Producer maturing rate is regulated by flow-forming aerator control gate. When producers are checked, light-weight traveling wind, snow and cold-resistant coverings are used. Such method allows seedstock whitefish shoals to be created in lakes. Whitefish spawn may be stripped and collected on lake banks or in other places. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method. 5 cl, 1 dwg, 2 ex
